Robert F Bernstock has a solid record of accomplishment as a business leader, and he has pursued business strategies that have increased shareholder value. During the time Robert F Bernstock worked for the Campbell Soup Company, he held positions as the General Manager of the Soup Sector, and as President of the U.S. Grocery Division. A few of the new products that were launched under his leadership included the Campbell’s Healthy Request Soups, Swanson Broth in aseptic containers, and V8 Splash.
While at Scotts Miracle-Gro, Robert F Bernstock was President of North America and President and Chief Operating Officer. Some of the products launched or repositioned during his tenure included: Miracle-Gro LiquaFeed, Miracle-Gro Organic Choice, and Ortho Home Defense. Among Robert F Bernstock’s achievements as President of the Mailing and Shipping Services Division of the United States Postal Service (2008 to 2010), was the Priority Mail Flat Rate Box integrated marketing campaign, “A Simpler Way to Ship”—supported by the well-known tagline, “if it fits its ships”. This campaign engaged employees across the country, provided consistent messaging across all retail channels, and led to record growth of the priority mail business.
